影像项目起始于夜游。在夜里，在杭州的不同地方步行闲逛，通过一种用身体丈量地理的方式，从而加深对一座城市的理解。这个过程中我夜拍了大量茂盛生长植物、夜行飞虫和动物的轨迹，将这些带有呼吸感的、保存有远古记忆的影像，投影在城市的日常环境中，如夜里偶尔有人经过的站台、晾衣服的天台、房间、傍晚公园的湖边等，连接与人物日常经验相关的隐藏叙事。这些发光的植物隐隐出现、淡去、消失，在缓慢的时间维度中，试图重新唤起在后工业时代对于原始自然力量部分的幻想。
Some Moments，the Night ends before the Dawn

This video project started with some night wandering. For a while, I started walking around different parts of Hangzhou at night, deepening my understanding of a city by physically measuring its geography. In this process, I photographed a large number of lush plants, nocturnal flying insects and animal tracks at night, and then I projected these images with its sense of breathing and memories of ancient preservation into the daily environment of the city, such as the platforms where someone will occasionally pass by at night, the roofs or rooms where clothes are hanging, and the lake sides in the parks, to connect hidden narrative from personal daily experiences. These shiny plants faintly appear, fade and disappear in a slow time dimension, trying to evoke some fantasy of the original part of nature in the post-industrial era.
